ERMAN NEDJIP

CEO and Founder

Erman has over 30 years of experience working in the Hairdressing and Barbering industry and owns a successful Barbering business in Hertfordshire. The tireless entrepreneur originally trained as a Barber at Jingles International Academy in London in 1994 and has owned several businesses in Hair and Beauty and other industries in and around the south east of England.

“I couldn’t be any more passionate about getHiring and helping people in these industries I know and love, About 20 years ago I had an idea to revolutionise recruitment. I’ve seen all these frustrations from salon owners – and that includes me – when it comes to finding staff. There’s a huge gap in the market, there was nothing else out there and I was desperate to provide a solution." Erman says.

Ayla has been making huge strides in the Beauty industry since qualifying as a BTEC Beauty and Cosmetology Therapist from the London College of Fashion in 1990.

Having had several businesses in Hair, Beauty and Retail, Ayla trained as a Clinical Sports Therapist before becoming a Beauty Lecturer and Internal Verifier in 2001.

Having worked in the corporate world, he has always been interested in finding an exciting business opportunity, the ability to build something that not only adds value from a business perspective but provides a solution that changes lives.

Neerav was Erman’s client for five years but became friends very early on because of their shared common passions. One day he mentioned he would like to do something different and that’s when Erman shared his vision and getHiring was born.
