You create a profile with your skills, availability, the type of job you want and the distance you’re willing to travel.
You can be as specific as you want – same day work, part-time or specific times or days. Flexibility is key and being matched with the right employers who can help you.
After registering, you are matched with employers with active job roles. You’ll then be ready to send and receive instant messages to and from prospective employers.
It is FREE for job seekers. There is no cost for job seekers to sign up to getHiring and use the app to look for work and communicate with prospective employers.

As an employer, after you register and paid a fee, you can create an SOS Job Advert. ALL matched job seekers will get an instant notification of the job advert saying there is an immediate position available.
The employer is matched with job seekers meeting your criteria, enabling you to connect with instant messaging and helps you get staff to work that same day.
Flexibility is a huge requirement for employers and job seekers. That is why we have added the option of SOS same day recruitment, searching by availability, skills sets and location. This puts you in control to find the right candidate and for the candidate to find the right role. The app works out a % match based on the role requirements and the job seekers profile which allows a more accurate value add result.
The getHiring database holds all the created profiles from the employers and job seekers. This includes information such as the employer job title, availability, skills and location (job seeker enters the distance they are willing to travel).
When this data matches, the employer and job seeker receive a notification.
The app has an instant chat facility allowing for contact to be made by the employer or job seeker.
You can control the notifications whether you have an android or iPhone device. You need to have the setting switched on to receive notifications from getHiring.
Yes, you can change all of these in your profile or you can start a new search. You also have the ability to change the radius, up to 50 miles on all matches, for the distance you are willing to travel to that job.
Yes, you will need to create a job search for each job title you are after.
For example, if you are looking for a Barber’s Salon Manager role you would create a search for this specific job. However, if you also have the experience and skills to do a Beauty Salon Manager role, you would create a new job search for this.
